KGS Flexis 63mm Square foam-backed sheets are ultra-flexible, specialized diamond hand-polishing pads.
They are uniquely engineered by combining KGS’s iconic metallised diamond dot layer with a thin, 7mm ultra flexible open-cell foam backing.
This structural design makes them ideal for sanding, smoothing, and polishing highly intricate, tight, inside-curved, or domed surfaces where standard, rigid hand blocks are unsuitable.
They can be used dry but perform at their best when used wet.
Water acts as a lubricant to flush away slurry, prevent dust, and significantly extend the lifetime of the diamond.
