KGS Flexis 100mm diamond discs are professional-grade, highly flexible dot-pattern abrasive wheels designed for mechanical grinding, finishing, and polishing.
Featuring a Quick Release System (QRS) Velcro backing, these 100mm (4-inch) discs are engineered to attach to a matching 100mm backing pad on variable-speed angle grinders or planetary floor sanders.
Because of their open-pattern flexibility, they excel at smoothing contours, curved edge profiles, and hard-to-reach surfaces where rigid wheels would dig in or fail.
The metal bond discs are used for the grinding stage, high stock removal and a consistent, predictable finish.
Recommended speed is between 3,000 to 3,500 rpm. Do not use polishing pads at full speed on a standard single-speed angle grinder
